Having grown up in Toledo, I know that gaining access to the services and agencies of the state of Ohio can be difficult if you are not lucky enough to live in Columbus. Few people can spend a day driving to the capital, and long distance telephone calls get expensive.
The Web is serving as the great equalizer in providing access to State of Ohio information; residents in Ashtabula, Toledo, or Marietta can gain access to many state services as easily as those living in Columbus. Here is a list of Web sites from the State of Ohio:
