- FROM THE EAST: Follow I-70 west until it joins I-71 in downtown Columbus. After I-71 joins, move into the left lane. Exit LEFT onto State Route 315. Follow 315 north for a couple of miles and there will be signs directing you to exits for the Ohio State University.
- FROM THE SOUTH: Follow I-71 north. In downtown Columbus, I-71 will exit right and State Route 315 will go straight. Follow 315 STRAIGHT (north) for a few miles and there will be signs directing you to exits for the Ohio State University.
- FROM THE WEST: Follow I-70 east until you reach I-670. Exit LEFT onto I-670. Quickly you will meet exits for State Route 315. Exit onto 315 north and follow 315 briefly; there will be signs directing you to exits for the Ohio State University.
